Abstract

The present article intends to make some notes and reflections about the contemporary phenomenon that articulates the society indebtedness with the mundi love dissolution. In this regard, this paper articulates itself throughout a matricial question: it is possible, in the indebtedness era, cognitive capitalism, noopolitic and necropolitic, to preserve a common world? As subject of analysis, it is held a bibliographic research in order to discuss the concepts of indebtedness and government by debt, taking as theoretical input the studies of the Italian philosopher Maurízio Lazzarato (2014), specially his book “Governing by debt”, with the purpose of demonstrate the existence of an indebtedness society that captures and enslave the aíonic time of life. By these means, we intend to demonstrate that this society has produce a moral hangover in our time, resulting in the abandonment and destruction of the common world. With the help of Hannah Arendt (1989,1992, 1993) theories, we resume the notion of preservation and renovation of the common world. Not intending to present solutions to the problem raised, unless the intention of taking the own thinking as problem, we intend to show that our attempts of preservation of the common are in danger of neutralization and confinement, in a world that by excellence it’s a world-made-with-others.
