About the Journal

Journal of the UNESC Graduate Program in Socioeconomic Development (Master's & Doctorate)

In university institutions around the world, graduate studies are considered a space for the production of knowledge and the training of researchers. In Brazil this educational level receives support from state agents such as the Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination (CAPES in Portuguese) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq in Portuguese), which have fostered scientific production in this environment, contributing to consolidate the national post-Graduation system and projecting the country on the international scientific scene. In this process, community universities - such as the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC) have conquered their space, by new channels to spread their scientific production. Thereby, observing this context, together with the perspectives for divulging UNESC's interdisciplinary scientific production, as well as the exchange with other HEIs and researchers in this field of knowledge, the Graduate Program in Socioeconomic Development has created The Journal of Socioeconomic Development in Debate (RDSD).

RDSD is now accepting articles, essays and reviews for its next issues. Check the scope and norms at the journal's portal.

Journal published with the support from CNPq and CAPES (Contemplated in the Public Call of CNPq/CAPES 18/2018 - Editorial Program).

CHAMADA PARA PROPOSIÇÃO DE DOSSIÊS TEMÁTICOS

A Revista Desenvolvimento Socioeconômico em Debate (RDSD), periódico científico vinculado ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Desenvolvimento Socioeconômico da Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (PPGDS/UNESC), torna pública a chamada para proposição de dossiês temáticos para suas próximas edições.

De caráter interdisciplinar, a RDSD constitui-se como espaço de produção, circulação e diálogo científico entre diferentes áreas do conhecimento, com especial interesse nas Ciências Humanas e Sociais e nas Ciências Sociais Aplicadas. Seu escopo contempla estudos relacionados ao desenvolvimento socioeconômico em suas múltiplas dimensões, buscando promover reflexões críticas e plurais sobre os processos, desafios e transformações que caracterizam as sociedades contemporâneas.
