Abstract

The institute of voluntary surrender for adoption aims to ensure the best interests of the child, guaranteeing their right to family life, and promoting gender equality through access to justice. It provides adequate legal support to women who choose not to mother. In this study, we will examine the historical background and current regulation of this institute, comparing it with the process of termination of parental rights.
